By accessing or utilizing Hikat's websites, applications, code files, and mini-products, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not accept these provisions, you must immediately terminate usage of our systems.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The code structures, graphics, layout elements, assets, branding, and core tools showcased under the Hikat ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of Hikat and the respective authors, protected under international copyright and software laws.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hikat, its founders, active contributors, or operational sub-teams be held liable for any damages, operational losses, or database malfunctions arising out of the integration, testing, or utilization of our experimental utilities and tools.
